the team
Miguel Andrades
Co-founder & Guide
He has international experience in adventure sports. He has worked as a guide on several rivers in the U.S. and has obtained certifications as a Swiftwater Rescue Technician and paragliding flight licenses.
Alexander “Pongo” Baker
Co-founder & Guide
Experienced in adventure sports and a competitor in several World Rafting Championships, he has a long career as a rafting guide, kayaker, and mountain biker. He is a great promoter of environmental conservation.
Johana Arguello
CEO & Guide
A rafting guide since 1999 and a competitor in three World Rafting Championships. Thanks to her Master's in Integral Health and Human Movement and her experience in various adventure sports, she is the perfect mix of theory and practice.
